As a member of Design Nation Nottingham I will be joining 8 other members showing our work created during the lockdown in the UK. 

I will also be running a workshop where you can make your own decorative ceramic plate on 15 April 10.30 in The Hub's workshop go to to book your place.

Come and join in the Festive Fun at the British Royal Legion Christmas Market 4 December at Radcliffe Hall 17 Main Road Radcliffe on Trent Nottingham Free Entry 11.00-3.00 - I will be there selling my ceramic Christmas decorations, ceramic jewellery and contemporary turquoise and blue bowls and vases. Santa will be popping by too!


Three Artists exhibition at The Nottingham society of Artist gallery 71 Friar Lane, Nottingham (Nr the Nottingham Castle gates) I have a small selection of ceramics on show at this retrospective exhibition 29 November -4 December


I will be showing a collection of my turquoise and blue ceramics as part of the Nottingham Society of Artists members Small Pictures Exhibition - this is also at the Nottingham Society of Artists gallery on 71 Friar Lane Nottingham NG16 DH 7th December - 18th December open daily 10.30-4.30 Free Entry. Translating Nature

I am joining 9 members of the Design-Nation Nottingham group for this new showcase project. 

The work has started as we design and make new pieces for this new project to be launched in early 2022

Nottingham Society of Artists Spring Exhibition 2021 

26 May - 6 June 12.00-15.00 daily

There will be three of my large ceramic vessels that I have made during the lockdown on show at the Nottingham Society of Artists members Spring exhibition.

An amazing eclectic collection of artwork by the members in their first exhibition of 2021.  Please note that the opening times are shorter than previous exhibitions and will be open 12-3 daily.

Free entry.  Bring a mask (unless you are exempt) and follow the guidance when you arrive at the gallery.

We look forward to seeing you there. It's great to be back!

Sarah Burton Pottery at Connections exhibition in Karlsruhe Germany 2019

In July 2019 I was invited to exhibit my ceramics as part of Design Nation at the Connections exhibition in the GEDOK gallery in Karlsruhe Germany. Celebrating 50 years of twinning between Nottingham UK and Karlsruhe Germany. I made two of these commemorative plates which are now on show at each of the Council houses in Nottingham and Karlsrhue.
